Fire Safety

It is the responsibility of the landlords, property management firms, and hotel operators to ensure the safety of all tenants and guests.

Working with specialist partners, Greenoak has completed fire safety work for some of London's largest commercial and residential properties.

We cover all aspects of passive fire protection, including the installation, upgrading, and maintenance of fire doors, sealing of services passing through fire compartment walls, floors, and ceilings, installation of fire barriers and curtains in roof spaces, and carrying out fire compartmentation and fire door surveys.

All Installations Carried Out Are Issued With A Certificate Of Conformity From IFC Certification, UKAS Third-Party Accreditation Scheme.
