The We3 Recycler Lite edition offers the core functionality of the Enterprise product but is suitable for smaller organisations.
Like the Enterprise version, We3 Recycler Lite offers unlimited users but is restricted to a single site operation.
Again like the Enterprise solution the application comrises of a number of modules providing specific sets of functionality. All functionality within the application has a security sub-system wrapped round them to provide complete access control to specific areas for individual users.
Out of the box, the application provides a CRM tool to manage your customers and contacts.
A comprehensive sales and purchasing engine allows you to buy materials for processing, receive gate prices and sell your finished goods from inventory.
The Product manager module provides full catalogue management for both primary and customer specific catalogues. Within the product manager you can also set standard, variable, and customer specific pricing. For output products you can also define your yields to help measure output from your recycling process.
The Recycler manager controls the inbound and outbound movement of waste and materials to be processed. It handles all the duty-of-care documents and sets up containers of inbound materials to be processed. You can also create dispatch notes for the sale of assets or non-waste materials.
The Inventory manager enables you to manage your finished goods and create containers, or move products.
The Finance manager controls your invoicing and allows you to perform back-office tracking on the invoices through their various processing stages. You also have the ability to export transactional finance items to your existing accounting/finance systems.
The system also allows for weighbridge connectivity allowing you to automate the weight capture from vehicles delivering or shipping materials.
The We3 Recycler AMS Client application (available separately) can also be deployed to provide you with detailed workflow processing of materials you have received through inbound sales orders.
There are a comprehensive set of reports available in the Report Manager which cover all areas of the business.
Audience
The application is suited to small-medium scale operations who operate out of a single facility and may have limited IT Infrastructure. All you need is an internet connection, a PC and a printer to get started.
