The We3 Recycler AMS Client is a complete workflow-based tracking system that allows you to book in products received and to process them down the correct processing workflow within your operation.
The We3 AMS Client is a windows based product that works in conjunction with either the Enterprise, or Lite versions of the We3 Recycler.
Each pallet from an inbound sales order will receive its own barcode label which is then used at the validation step of the AMS Client.
The AMS Client will allow you to validate individual products from that pallet, each receiving their own unique barcode which will track that product through the lifecycle of your process and beyond.
Each product depending on its configuration will be positioned to go down a particular user-definable workflow process, with processing stations setup at key points in your process. Each processing station will scan the barcode of the product which will then display to your users a series of workflow actions to be carried out before being moved to the next workflow step until the end.
Your workflow actions can be a series of decision-tree based prompts with rich knowledge base information, or can be specific complex processing instructions such as placing into inventory, or hard file wiping.
Your workflow actions and linked workflows are easily created using the graphical user interface allowing you to visualise and realise your process.
All items validated will appear on your inbound sales-order to allow your sales staff to update costs, and to generate invoices based on what has been validated.
Full auditing of your workflow process can be carried out as information is recorded based on who processed an item, at which action step, and how long it took.
You have the ability to capture attributes on your products being processed which enables you to have a simpler product catalogue split by various user-definable attributes.
When selling your products from the We3 Recycler you have the option to identify products in inventory based on the attributes that were captured. You also have full inventory control functionality within the AMS client to perform wharehousing tasks.
Damage codes and faults can be recorded during the workflow actions which are also visible in reports or outbound sales orders.
Using the AMS Client you can provide your customers with full asset tracking and inventory management capabilities.
