- CRM: Centrally manage Customer and Supplier details including Locations and Contacts.
- Manage Orders: Easily create Orders and schedule pick-up/drop-offs. Automatically create duty of care paperwork.
- Order Fulfillment and Inventory Management: Capture Waste Count information using windows explorer interface. An invoice is automatically created upon completion of waste count.
- Mobile capability: Drivers can remotely access order information using our We3 Recycler Mobile System with support for barcode scanning or RFID. GPS tracking and navigation options are available.
- Weighbridge: We3 Recycler can integrate with your electronic weighbridge reducing opportunity for error at the weighing station.
- Product Catalogue: Define waste category and type, containment type, pricing, nominal ledger codes, hazardous status and details and reporting classifications including EWC codes.
- Recycling, Track and Trace: The AMS (Asset Management System) module provides individual asset tracking and complete process management for sensitive waste types such as hazardous, clinical or confidential waste (paper, IT etc.).
- Invoicing: Manage sales and purchase invoices. Export invoices directly to accounting systems such as Sage Line 50.
- Compliance and Management Reporting: Includes hazardous waste transfer notes, evidence notes and certificates or destruction. Create quarterly returns for the Environment Agency at the click of a button.
- Integration and Customisation: Custom requirements? No problem. We will work with you to develop the best application to meet your requirements. Integrate with your existing financial or ERP system.

What does it cost?
For smaller companies, We3 Recycler Lite is available as a hosted, pay-as-you-go product. You pay a fixed fee for set up and configuration and a monthly fee for as long as you use the product.
We3 Recycler Enterprise is more suitable for larger, multi-site organisations and is available as a license purchase.
Any training or customisation is charged at a fixed daily rate.
